We are excited to present a holiday menu class to help with the upcoming season of entertaining. Chefs Danica Aviles and John Hitchcock will offer 2 appetizers to start the class with a taste of sparkling wine. They will then present recipes and techniques for a 4 course menu including soup, salad, main dish, and dessert. Also included will be ideas for lovely presentation of dishes. Each student will learn to plate their own salad and dessert.
