You will make an apple pie to take home and bake, filling your kitchen with mouthwatering fragrances of autumn apple pie. Includes hands on instruction, recipes, and a pie dish to keep .

Menu includes: Roasted. Butternut Squash Soup( this is a recipe given to Lorraine from a chef in Vermont 25 years ago!),Avgolemono, Roasted Tomato Soup, and Provençal Style Seafood Soup.

Many of us associate the winter holidays with ravioli! Learn to make fabulous ravioli and other filled pasta in this hands on class. Our instructor  is Chef Danica Aviles.  She is a master at making all types of pastas and sauces to brighten up holiday meals. 

Each student will take home some ravioli to cook in their home kitchen or freeze for future meals.

This class is offered as part of our partnership with Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Kitchen.  Learning how to properly use spices will truly change the way you cook.
