In this hands on class, we will prepare four warming soups that are perfect to serve for quick weeknight meals or watching football on the weekend .

Menu includes: Roasted. Butternut Squash Soup( this is a recipe given to Lorraine from a chef in Vermont 25 years ago!),Avgolemono, Roasted Tomato Soup, and Provençal Style Seafood Soup.  

Time: 6:00 pm

Includes ample tastings of each soup and a complimentary glass of wine
